What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you analyze a listing, we store the URL, the generated report data, and any scores we produce. If you use Property Scout, we store the listing URLs you choose to track. We also collect basic performance and usage analytics (page views, load times) to improve the product.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver rental reports, power Property Scout tracking, and improve the accuracy of our scoring models. We may contact you about your account, beta updates, or features you've expressed interest in. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.
Data retention
Reports and listing history are kept in your account until you delete them in Settings. If you delete your account, your personal data and reports are removed within 14 days. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised — it is not tied to your identity after processing.
Third-party services
ClickCasa is built on Supabase (authentication and database storage) and hosted on Vercel (infrastructure and analytics). These services have their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising networks, and we do not share your listing activity with any third party.
Your controls
You can clear your report history and saved listings at any time from the Settings page. You can unsubscribe from any emails we send using the link at the bottom of each message. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, contact us and we'll action it within 14 days.
